What is Caddi?

Caddi is an automation platform that helps businesses streamline their workflows and processes. Our platform allows you to create automated loops that can handle repetitive tasks, saving you time and reducing errors.

How do I get started with Caddi?

Getting started is easy! After signing up, you can begin by creating your first automation loop. We recommend starting with our "Getting Started" guide in the Documentation section, which walks you through the basics of creating and managing your first automation.

What are the system requirements?

Caddi is a cloud-based solution that runs in your web browser. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari for the best experience. No additional software installation is required.

Account Management

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password. You can also change your password anytime from the Settings page when logged in.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your account information in the Settings page. This includes your name, email, and other profile details. Some information may require verification before changes take effect.

How do I manage my credentials?

Credentials can be managed in the Credentials section. Here you can add, edit, or remove credentials for various services. All credentials are encrypted and stored securely.

Automation & Loops

What is a Loop?

A Loop is an automated workflow in Caddi that performs a series of actions based on your configuration. Loops can be scheduled to run at specific times or triggered by certain events.

How do I create a new Loop?

To create a new Loop, navigate to the Loops section and click "Create New Loop". You'll be guided through the process of selecting actions, configuring settings, and setting up triggers for your automation.

Can I pause or stop a Loop?

Yes, you can pause or stop a Loop at any time. In the Loops section, each Loop has controls to enable or disable it from being run. Changes take effect immediately, however any currently in progress Loop Runs will not be automatically stopped.

How can I get help if I have a problem?

Our support team is available Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time.

What is your response time for support tickets?

We typically respond to all support tickets within 24 business hours. Priority is given to critical issues affecting system functionality.
