1. Visit Caddi
Open your web browser and go to https://app.trycaddi.com/ (or use the app link provided to you).
2. Sign Up or Log In
Click Sign Up if you're new to create an account, or Log In if you already have one. Complete the authentication process to access your account.
3. Open the Organization Setup Page
After signing in, you'll be taken to the Organization Setup screen where you can configure your organization settings.
4. Join an Existing Organization
Select the option "Join an Existing Organization" to join a team you've been invited to.
5. Enter Your Invitation Code
Locate the invitation code from your email (it will look something like mem_abc123). Copy and paste the code into the Invitation Code field. Make sure to enter it exactly as shown, including any prefix.
6. Join the Organization
Click Join or Submit to complete the process. Once verified, you'll be added to the organization and can access the shared workspace and team resources.
