You can request changes to your loops using our chat agent named Loopy - the chat button is available on every page of our site.

In most cases, Loopy will be able to submit your change request and automatically complete it in under 10 minutes. If Loopy is unable to complete the change, it will submit the request to our Tier 1 support and they will take it from there.

Find the chat button in the bottom right of any page in the Caddi website - it will be black or green and look like this:

Click that button, then click on Send Us a Message in the popout.

Then just tell Loopy what needs changed - if Loopy doesn't know what loop you're referring to it will ask.

After confirming all details, Loopy will submit the change request and begin working on it:

And once done with the change, Loopy will link you to the new version to test:
