You'll be redirected back to Caddi. Zoom is now connected and ready to use in your loops.
Each team member connects their own Zoom account. Caddi acts on behalf of the authenticated user — it accesses only that user's meetings, recordings, and communications.
Zoom Phone and Zoom Team Chat capabilities are available automatically if your Zoom account includes those add-ons. No additional setup is needed.

Meeting → Time Entry
Caddi reads the meeting duration and participants, drafts a billing narrative using AI, and creates a time entry in your practice management system (Clio, Elite 3E, or Neos) automatically.
Zoom Meeting → Calendar and Matter Update
When a meeting ends, Caddi logs attendance, updates the matter record, and queues any follow-up tasks — keeping your file current without anyone touching it manually.
Voicemail → Follow-up Task
When a client leaves a voicemail via Zoom Phone, Caddi transcribes it and creates a follow-up task in your task manager, associated with the right matter and attorney.
SMS Log → Matter Communication Record
Caddi reads Zoom Phone SMS sessions and logs client communications into your DMS or CRM, keeping a complete communication record without copy-paste.
RIAs
Client Meeting → CRM Update
After each advisor-client call, Caddi pulls the Zoom meeting summary and updates the contact record in Salesforce — including topics discussed, next steps, and follow-up dates.
Meeting Recording → Compliance Documentation
Caddi downloads the recording and transcript, generates a compliant meeting summary, and files it in your document management system or compliance archive.
Call Log → Activity History
Caddi reads Zoom Phone call logs and syncs activity records into your CRM or portfolio management system (Orion, Addepar), giving advisors a complete client communication history in one place.
Post-Meeting → Account Notes + Next Steps
