Your Caddi plan sets how many credits and active loops your organization gets each month, how many users can join, and which features and support are included. This article covers how to check your usage, how the plans compare, and how to upgrade.
Key terms
Credits — your monthly allowance for the work your loops do. For example, standard AI data extraction costs 1 credit per page.
Active loops — the number of automations you keep live at the same time.
Overage — credits or loops used beyond your plan's included amount, billed at your plan's overage rate.
Check your current plan and usage
Go to Settings → Usage (under Organization). The top card shows:
Plan name and base charge (for example, Individual · No base charge · 1 seat)
Billing period and whether it's in progress
Seats — users in use vs. seats available
Overage — whether usage beyond your included amounts is billed (On) or not (Off)
Below that, two meters track the current period:
Credits — credits used out of your monthly allowance
Loops peak — the most active loops your organization had during the period, out of your plan's limit
Use the month dropdown in the top right to view a previous billing period. Select a meter to see what's consuming it.
Compare plans
Select Change plan on the Usage page to open Compare plans. Every price is shown per month; how each plan is actually billed appears under its price. Where a cell says Talk to sales, the Caddi team will confirm the details for your organization.

What happens when you hit a limit
Individual — overage isn't available. To go beyond 200 credits or 10 active loops, upgrade your plan.
Team, Business, Enterprise — additional credits and loops are billed at your plan's overage rates above.
Upgrade your plan
Go to Settings → Usage and select Change plan.
Choose Monthly or Annual at the top of Compare plans.
Select Upgrade on Team or Business and follow the prompts to confirm. Your current plan is marked Current.
For Enterprise, select Talk to sales — the Caddi team will set up your agreement, tier, and limits with you.
Team includes a 14-day free trial, so you can bring in teammates and share loops before paying. Individual stays free for as long as you want — there's no trial clock.

Which plan should I pick?
Individual — you're the only user and need 10 or fewer active loops.
Team — a few colleagues want to build and share loops. Credits scale with each user you add.
Business — you're rolling Caddi out across the firm and need advanced integrations, SSO, a 99% uptime SLA, 2 years of run history, and hands-on training.
Enterprise — you need multiple instances of the same tool, priority execution, integration governance, same-day support, or custom SLAs.
Still not sure? Talk to sales — the team will recommend a plan based on your users, loops, and expected volume.
