September 2026: See how your firm is actually using Caddi

Caddi opened to everyone this month — no waiting to be let in. Plus Govern: one place to see adoption across your firm, grouped by team.

Caddi opened to everyone this month. Govern arrived alongside it — one place to see adoption across your firm, grouped by team — plus control over which integrations each person can use, and loop inputs with personal values.

🎉 Caddi is open to everyone

Getting a Caddi account previously meant requesting one and waiting for access. That ended this month: anyone can now create an account and get started on their own.

The Caddi Recorder went public with it, and is now listed in the Chrome Web Store, so a new colleague can install it without waiting for someone to send them a link. See Installing Caddi Recorder Chrome Extension and the Quick Start Guide.

Note before you share the link. Signing up creates a new organization. If you want a colleague working inside your firm's loops, connections and teams, invite them from your organization's settings rather than pointing them at the signup page.

🚀 Govern: adoption across your firm

If you are the person at your firm who answers for what AI is doing, you have had to assemble the answer by hand — asking around, opening loops one at a time, guessing at what is being used versus what was built once and abandoned.

Govern is now a section in the navigation, and it shows adoption across your organization grouped the way your firm is grouped — by team. You can see which teams are building, which are running what others built, and where the activity is.

Who can see it. Govern needs to be enabled on your plan — if it is not, you will see a preview of Govern and an upgrade prompt rather than your firm's data. On top of that it is limited by role: organization owners and organization admins see the whole organization, and a team admin sees their own teams. To confirm what your plan includes, contact your Caddi account team.

✨ New features

  • Decide which integrations each person and team can use — connections are no longer all-or-nothing across the organization. You can now say that a particular team may use a particular integration, and leave it unavailable to everyone else. See the Integration Permissions FAQ.

  • No more picking the right connection by hand — where your firm has several connections to the same tool and you're only permitted to use one, your loop now resolves to it automatically instead of asking you to choose. Background: Configuring Multiple Instances of an Enterprise Strategy.

  • Inputs that explain themselves, and remember you — loop inputs can now carry a description saying what the value is for, and you can set a personal value for yourself separately from the shared one your team uses. Your matter number stays yours. Full detail: Loop Inputs: Personal and Team Values.

🔌 New integrations

New connections this month include:

  • Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EDM — bring enterprise financial and master data into your loops. Set up Oracle (Advanced)

  • Zendesk — let loops work with your support tickets and customer conversations. Set up Zendesk (Advanced)

  • Twilio — send and work with messages and calls from inside a loop. Set up Twilio (Advanced)

  • Shopify — bring orders, products, and customer records into your loops. Set up Shopify (Advanced)

  • monday.com — let loops work with your boards, items, and updates. Set up monday.com

  • Fireflies.ai — pull meeting transcripts and summaries into your loops. Set up Fireflies

More than a dozen others landed this month as well, including PandaDoc, Typeform, Mailchimp, Basecamp, Webex, and Jotform. To request a connector you do not see, contact your Caddi account team. Connections marked Advanced need Advanced integrations enabled on your plan and include registering your own OAuth application; the General Integration FAQ explains the difference.

🔧 Improved

  • Recordings process faster — a recording turns into a loop noticeably sooner.

  • A loop's history reads like a timeline — who changed what, and when, in order, with the person named.

  • Choose which version to run — the run dialog now lets you pick the live version or the one you're testing, so you can try a change against real inputs before making it live.

  • "What changed" gets filled in — when you promote a tested version to live, the description of what changed in that version is now recorded with it, so your version history stays complete.

  • A quieter chat — Caddi no longer shows you its own internal reasoning while it works.

🐛 Fixed

Fixes this month include recordings that captured zero frames and recordings that reported the wrong duration.
