Jump connects to Caddi with an Enterprise API key that you create in your Jump settings. One key covers your whole Jump account.
Before you start
You'll need:
To be the account owner of your Jump account. Only an account owner can create an API key.
Owner or Admin access to your Caddi organization
Step 1: Create an API key in Jump
Sign in at my.jumpapp.com.
Open Settings, then API Keys.
Create a new API key.
Copy the key right away. It starts with jmp_api_ and is shown only once.
Do not send this key by email, chat, or a support ticket. Paste it straight into Caddi in Step 2, or keep it in a password manager until you do.
Step 2: Add the key in Caddi
In Caddi, open Settings, then Integrations.
Under Connectors you can configure, find Jump - Custom API Key and click Configure.
Paste the key into API Key.
Click Save Configuration.
