Twilio connects to Caddi with three values from your Twilio Console: your Account SID, an API key SID, and that API key's secret.
Before you start
You'll need:
A Twilio account you can sign in to at the Twilio Console
Owner or Admin access to your Caddi organization
Step 1: Copy your Account SID from Twilio
Sign in at console.twilio.com.
On the Console home page, find your Account SID. It starts with AC.
Copy the Account SID.
Step 2: Create an API key in Twilio
In the Twilio Console, go to Settings, then Account settings, then API keys & auth tokens.
Use the region selector to choose your region, then click Create API key.
On the API key details page, enter a name (for example, Caddi), choose Standard as the key type, and click Next.
The key is created and its secret is shown. Copy the SID (it starts with SK) and the secret. Twilio shows the secret only once.
Select the Got it! checkbox, then click Finish.
If your Console uses the older layout: click Admin, then Account management (top right), then under Keys & credentials click API keys & tokens. Click Create API key, enter a Friendly name, choose the Region and the Standard key type, and click Create. Copy the SID and the secret from the Copy secret key page, select Got it!, and click Done.
Do not send this secret by email, chat, or a support ticket. Paste it straight into Caddi in Step 3, or keep it in a password manager until you do.
Step 3: Add the values in Caddi
In Caddi, open Settings, then Integrations.
Under Connectors you can configure, find Twilio - Custom API Key and click Configure.
Paste the Account SID (starts with AC) from Step 1 into Account SID.
Paste the API key SID (starts with SK) from Step 2 into API Key SID.
Paste the API key secret from Step 2 into API Key Secret.
Click Save Configuration.
