This month we widened the circle of tools your loops can reach — several new connections — and gave loops two things they've been asking for: the ability to branch, and the ability to keep going when a single item hits a snag.
🚀 Six more tools your loops can work with
Until now, if the system you lived in every day wasn't connected, a loop couldn't help you there — you were stuck doing that part by hand. This month we closed a big chunk of that gap.
You can now connect loops to QuickBooks Online, FreshBooks, Trello, Google Sheets, OneDrive / SharePoint Excel, and iManage. Most of these aren't read-only either — loops can take real action: create a bill in QuickBooks and attach the supporting file, create an invoice in FreshBooks, add or move cards in Trello, or read, search, and update rows in a Google Sheet or an Excel file in OneDrive.
The practical version: a payables loop can now pull your vendor list from QuickBooks, create the bill, and attach the receipt end to end — without you leaving Caddi to do the data entry.
✨ New features
Loops can make decisions — a loop can now take different paths depending on what it finds, so one loop can handle cases that used to need several. No more building a separate loop for every variation.
Keep going past a failed item — when a loop processes a batch, you can now tell it to continue when one item errors instead of stopping the whole run. The failures are flagged, the rest still get done.
Feed a loop a whole list at once — hand a loop a list of items to work through in a single run, instead of giving it one value at a time.
Watch your loop get built — while a loop is being put together, its Automation tab now shows a live build-progress timeline instead of an empty page, so you can see exactly where things are rather than wondering whether anything is happening.
Delete a loop right from your list — the three-dot menu on each loop in your list now has a Delete option, so you no longer have to open a loop and dig into its settings just to remove it.
🔧 Improved
Recording reminds you when your mic goes quiet — if your microphone stops picking up audio while you're recording a process, Caddi now warns you up front and during the recording, so you don't finish a take only to find the narration is missing.
A heads-up before you run every item — if you've picked specific items out of a batch and then end up with all of them selected, Caddi now asks you to confirm before kicking off the run, so you don't accidentally process the whole set.
Run history shows sub-items — when a batch item spins off its own sub-items, run history now nests them underneath so you can drill into exactly what happened, item by item.
🐛 Fixed
We squashed a batch of bugs this month, including locked global inputs not saving, some connected tools not showing up in the sidebar, shared loops returning an access error when opened, timezones not updating from settings, tool icons missing from workflow steps, batch results not appearing until you closed and reopened the panel, the cancel button showing the wrong label during a run, the list scrolling back to the top when you returned from a loop, and a few rough edges in the editor — letters sneaking into number fields on Firefox, search losing focus as you typed, error messages running together instead of wrapping, and the browser back button jumping between tabs instead of taking you back to your loop list.
⚠️ Heads up
Loops waiting on you now time out after 30 minutes. If a loop pauses for your input or review and doesn't hear back within 30 minutes, it will stop rather than wait indefinitely. If you have a workflow where a longer wait matters, reply here and we'll help you sort it out.

Connect more than one account of the same tool — Enterprise teams with, say, two Salesforce orgs or a production and a sandbox can connect both and point a loop at the right one. Rolling out to Enterprise plans now — reply if you'd like it on.
