SRFax connects to Caddi with your SRFax account number and the password you use to sign in to SRFax.

Step 1: Find your account number in SRFax

Sign in at <a href="https://secure.srfax.com/client/login.php" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">secure.srfax.com</a>.

Open the Account Summary page. Copy your account number.

Have the password you use to sign in to SRFax ready. Caddi uses it to connect.

Do not send this password by email, chat, or a support ticket. Paste it straight into Caddi in Step 2, or keep it in a password manager until you do.

In Caddi, open Settings, then Integrations.

Under Connectors you can configure, find SRFax - Account Credentials and click Configure.

Paste your account number into Account Number.

Enter your SRFax sign-in password into Password.
