Klaviyo is a Caddi-managed connector. There is no Klaviyo app to register and nothing for an administrator to configure — you sign in to Klaviyo and approve Caddi.
Before you start
You'll need:
A Klaviyo account
A Caddi account
Step 1: Connect your account
In Caddi, open Settings, then Integrations, and go to the My Connections tab.
Find Klaviyo and click Connect +.
Sign in to Klaviyo and choose the account Caddi should work in.
Review the access Klaviyo lists and approve it.
You'll be returned to Caddi with the connection active.
How the connection behaves
One connection, one Klaviyo account. The connection is labelled with the Klaviyo account it was authorized in, so it is always clear which account a loop is acting in. Agencies or firms running several Klaviyo accounts need one connection each.
Account visibility is always part of the grant. Caddi needs Klaviyo's
accounts:readpermission to identify the connection at all, so it is included whatever else is requested.Tokens renew in the background. Klaviyo rotates the refresh token on every renewal.
Troubleshooting
Creating or updating profiles fails
The write permissions were not granted at sign-in. Disconnect, connect again, and approve the full request.
Caddi is acting on the wrong Klaviyo account
Klaviyo asks which account to authorize at sign-in and the choice is fixed afterwards. Disconnect, then reconnect and pick the right one.
The connection broke after a long idle period
Klaviyo rotates refresh tokens on use, so an interrupted renewal can leave nothing redeemable. Disconnect and connect again.
A loop fails on a Klaviyo field or endpoint that exists in Klaviyo's current docs
Caddi targets a pinned API revision, which may be older than the docs you are reading. Contact Caddi support with the endpoint and field name.
Still stuck? Contact Caddi support with the exact error message you're seeing and the time it occurred.
